Hi, I’m Dr. Brett Stone. You can call me Brett, Ms. Stone, Dr. Brett, Dr. Stone, whatever you prefer! I have a passion for helping youth and adults succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Many of the youth I work with have difficulties academically, due to having trouble getting their work done or making/reaching individual goals they set for themselves. With a little bit of help most all of these students can get passing, if not excellent grades and reach their other life goals. I enjoy working with youth in middle, high school, and college, and adults in graduate school to help them succeed academically and in other areas of life.
Upon completing my doctorate within this current year, I have added various services to my practice and other than my middle/high school coaching clients and working with youth with dyslexia, I am actively seeking coaching students in college that want help staying focused on their goals. I have experience with all of this work and will be practicing diligently, as always, with each client to meet individual needs. We now, at Effective Study Solutions, have two other professionals that may work with you or your child. Please read about them below.
Through my company, I work with youth with various attentional, learning, and social needs in all school settings: public, private, homeschool and all age ranges from elementary to college-aged students for coaching.
I am passionate about my work, my daughter, my family, and the youth and adults I have the opportunity to work with. We will work as a team to help you or your child through challenges all while leaning on individual strengths and trust in the process.
In my free time you will find me practicing yoga, playing basketball, tennis, reading, and enjoying Florida’s nature.
